Hi guys! So I made cauliflower mash for the first time the other day. I made it exactly how my mom always makes mashed potatoes.
All the measurements below are estimates. I just add until it tastes good! I’m obviously not the best recipe writer haha
- 1 cup of cooked organic riced cauliflower
- Tsp italian seasoning
- Tsp salt
- Tsp pepper
- Tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Splash of A2 milk
- Little bit of French butter or ghee
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy!
