Plant Paradox Approved Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

I have been so bad at posting lately! Super busy with work and catching up on life.

I’m not one to ramble on in the blog post before my recipes. I like to just scroll past all that mumbo jumbo and get to the recipe! So here you go:



* 1 bundle of organic asparagus

* 1 package of prosciutto (about 8 slices)

* Extra virgin olive oil

* Salt and pepper


Set oven to 425*. Cut the end tip off the asparagus and wash. In a baggie, shake up the asparagus with a generous amount of olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper. Slice the prosciutto into strips (about 4 strips per slice) and wrap 1 strip around each asparagus. Set asparagus on cookie sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
