Super simple dish and is surprisingly delicious!
* 4 – 4 oz wild caught salmon filets
* 1/4 cup of brown sugar swerve
* 2 tbsp dijon mustard
* salt and pepper to taste
Turn on broil in your oven. Line your pan with foil and set out salmon filets. Mix the brown sugar swerve and dijon mustard in a bowl and then spread on top of the salmon filets. Set in oven for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
