Egg Roll in a Bowl

This is my own version of egg roll in a bowl from the Plant Paradox cookbook! I didn’t have a lot of the ingredients so I made it how I wanted!

I added a lot more coconut aminos until it tasted how I wanted. Next time, I would use ground chicken or turkey because I feel like it would mesh better.


* 1 bag of coleslaw

* 1/2 chopped onion

* 1 lb ground meat

* 1/4 cup of coconut aminos

* 1 tablespoons sesame seed

* 1 clove of minced garlic

* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

* Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in a large skillet. Add onions, garlic and sauces. Once onions are decently cooked, add cabbage. Cook down cabbage and enjoy!
