Plant Paradox Approved Cheesecake/pie

This is a game changer guys! Want a birthday cake? Want a special celebration treat? I got you covered!

It’s crazy because I feel like I’m eating a sugar-filled dessert but nope! This is completely SUGAR FREE.

Cream cheese and and sour cream don’t have casein so it’s okay to have on the Plant Paradox diet (in moderation). Just make sure it’s organic sour cream and grassfed cream cheese!

Plant Paradox approved cheesecake!

1/4 cup of melted french butter or coconut oil

2 packages of grassfed cream cheese

1/2 cup of swerve

2 pasture or omega 3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

  • Melt butter/coconut oil and combine with almond flour, tapioca flour, swerve and vanilla.
  • Form crust in a pie pan by pressing it down until it’s all compact.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • For the cake, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla, sour cream, lightly beaten eggs, swerve and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour on top of cooked crust and bake for 40 minutes or until the cake isn’t jiggly anymore.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Cover and put in fridge for 12 hours before serving.
  • Make my blueberry sauce to go on top!
