Plant Paradox Costco List

I am always posting my Plant Paradox Costco hauls on my Instagram page and thought a blog post completely devoted to a Costco shopping list would be helpful for you guys!

Costco is constantly getting more paleo, keto and Plant Paradox approved products. Every trip I find myself screaming (mentally) “WHAT!? They have this now!?” Unfortunately, not all Costcos have the same inventory but this will be a great guideline.

I plan on keeping this blog post up to date when I discover new things! If you are reading this and have something I didn’t mention, send me a picture and price of the product and I’ll add it in (with credit)! You might help someone who lives in your area.

I didn’t include the nutritional information because I already looked weird enough taking pictures of all these things. Haha…. I figure you guys will look at the nutritional information once you go shopping for these products, anyway!

Everything is priced in USD and from Washington state. See official list at the bottom! img_1030

  1. Thanks for doing this! I shop Costco all the time. I have fallen off the PP Program but I am jumping back on….feel horrible without it! I also was curious about the “Shelled”/”Deshelled” thing. Found out “Shelled” is the correct way to say it….it means both with or without the shell. I also found out deshelled is not considered a word in dictionaries. Interesting! Thanks for the challenge and learning something new!! Thanks for all you do! melanwade

  4. Thank you!! This is a great list!

I’ve also bought plant paradox compliant imported French Brie at Costco.

About the pistachios… It seems to make no sense…. 😂 The pistachio nuts say “shelled” on the bag of nuts without the shells, because “shelled” means without the shell, as in the nuts have been shelled.

Seems so backwards!! It’s the same with for example “pitted” olives or “pitted” cherries. It means the pits have been removed.

I saw once someone bought frozen avocado chunks and have been looking for them ever since. That’s what I want! I hate buying avocados! Waste of money. I saw little cups of “Wholly Avocados” the other day and they sold 3 little trays of mashed avocados but haven’t seen them since. Fingers crossed. The avocado thing kinda helped me fall off the PP train, unfortunately.
