Sugar-free Candied Pecans

I made these the other day and they were amazing (even though I burnt mine). I put the oven too hot because I was impatient… so follow the recipe!

This is sugar-free, keto, Plant Paradox and paleo.



* 1 cup of granular, white swerve

* 1 tsp ground cinnamon

* 1 tsp of salt

* 1 pastured egg white

* 1 tbsp water

* 1 lb pecan halves


Set oven to 200*. Mix swerve, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy. Toss pecans in the egg white until they’re all covered. Then, toss the pecans in the swerve mixture. Spread the pecans evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes, until pecans are evenly browned. Let cool.
