I’ve been seeing a peanut butter version of these cookies everywhere so I decided to make an almond butter version with Barney Butter Bare Smooth!
These cookies are sugar-free and only 4 ingredients! Since it’s so simple, I’m going to just throw it on here!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
* 1 cup Barney Butter Bare Smooth almond butter
* 1/2 cup Swerve
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 pastured egg
* (Optional) Throw in some Plant Paradox additions: walnuts, chocolate chips, you name it!
Directions:
preheat the oven to 350*. Mix all the ingredients together. On the cooking sheet, roll into balls and press fork into each ball, twice (they don’t spread on their own). Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Let cool for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
